Classes

Falls Fitness has a wide variety of Small Group Training classes available for all fitness levels.

The main benefit of our Small Group Training classes is to offer a higher level of individualism to the workout.  We can tailor to our membors and help correct bad technique.  Large group classes struggle to achieve these goals.

We have specially designed classes that are exclusive to our facility including:  S.W.E.A.T (strength, weights, endurance, agility, toning) , 20/20/20 (20 minutes spin bike, 20 minutes weights, 20 minutes core), and Triple Threat(combination of weights, plyometrics, core).

Our core classes include:  Zumba, Spin, Sculpt, Interval training, and Core conditioning

We have multiple degreed/certified trainers some with over 10 years experience in the field.

Each class is a minimum  30-60 minutes.

Falls Fitness currently offers all of these classes with your membership at NO ADDITIONAL COST!
